For Aslan’s Ty Coutts, the goal is simple: to win at the highest level of competition. He quickly claimed the NAMB's "New Broker of the Year" award as well as the "Rising Star Award" recipient 2 years running, while maintaining his status as one of the top producers for Aslan.

A former collegiate volleyball player, Ty’s passion for the sport led him to move out to California in pursuit of a career as a professional beach volleyball player. And while a global pandemic threw a wrench in those plans, the skills earned through competition, namely his work ethic, his determination and his agility in adapting to changing conditions helped him find a new challenge. Ty jumped into the world of finance and investing with both feet, starting in short-term vacation rental property management. He quickly moved up from guest services to become the Director of Owner Services where he worked directly with 60+ owners in turning their homes into massively successful passive income generators.

A native of Colorado Springs, CO, Ty and his wife love being active, getting out to play volleyball, of course, and to hike, paddleboard, or just walk around the park. Further afield, Ty has already visited 13 countries and is eager to travel more.
