Demetrio needed a loan for a house. He had lived in his previous residence for the last 20 years and hadn’t done a loan for his primary residence since then. The first lender he went to had an extremely high interest rate–12 percent! The second lender had a much better interest rate–4 percent. Sadly, after holding his file for nearly 5 weeks, the second lender declined his loan. Demetrio was frustrated. Even though he made more than enough money to qualify for home through his various businesses, getting a loan was turning into a long and difficult process.
That’s when Demetrio came to us. October 27th, a little over a month after Demetrio applied for a loan with Aslan, he closed on his dream home. He and his soon-to-be-wife are getting married this year in their new home!
