You could say Grace didn't exactly have a choice when it came to the real estate and lending industry - she was practically raised with a mortgage calculator in one hand and a closing folder in the other. Shhhhhh, don't tell the locals, but she's practically a native, moving to Denver from the Detroit area in 1982 at the age of 4. Growing up surrounded by the business, it was only natural that she found her way into the industry herself, now being a 25+ year veteran of the real estate, title and lending world. She spent nearly 12 years with Land Title Guarantee Company, holding her license while helping thousands of families successfully close on their homes across the Denver metro area. During the 2008 housing crash and the long road to recovery, she worked alongside a specialized team of bank-owned property experts, navigating REO transactions and short sales with precision and grit. In 2014, she made the natural leap into mortgage lending, where she's built a reputation for creating impactful, lasting relationships with every client she serves. Real estate lending isn't just what she does - it's who she is.
